Cancellation Policy:

  • Kindly send the cancellation requests to mapcon2025@ieeemapcon.org, on or before November 15, 2025.
  • Refunds will be made after deducing the GST amount and the processing fee of Rs. 500/-.
  • No refunds will be entertained post November 15, 2025; except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government. The Organising Committee decision will be final in this regard.
  • Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone. Only written/email requests will be considered.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference, if not earlier.
