IEEE MAPCON 2025 invites applications for the MTTS Faculty Advisor Travel Grant, aimed at supporting faculty advisors of MTTS and Joint Chapters in attending the conference.
Application Criteria
- Applicant must be a Faculty Advisor of an MTTS Chapter or a Joint Chapter (MTTS with any other IEEE Society).
- The Chapter must have more than 50 active MTTS student members.
Application Procedure
- Submission of a declaration of funding necessity.
- A short professional biography.
- A No-Funding Certificate issued by the institute, confirming the absence of institutional financial support for attending MAPCON 2025.
Award Value
- Travel support (economy train/airfare) to attend MAPCON 2025.
- Accommodation for three nights.
- Reimbursement of expenses through IEEE Concur.
