Authors who wish to submit their papers to a Special Session at MAPCON 2025 must follow the standard paper submission and review process.
Submission Instructions:
- When submitting your paper, please select the track “Special Session”.
- Next, choose the appropriate topic from the paper topics listed under the Special Session track – make sure to select the specific topic that matches the name of the special session to which you are submitting.
- You may only select one topic – the dedicated special session for your submission.
- All papers submitted to special sessions will undergo the same rigorous peer-review process as regular papers.
Note:
Failure to select the correct track and topic may result in your paper not being considered for the intended special session.
