Terms & Conditions:

  • The registration fee mentioned above is INCLUSIVE of GST @ 18%, as applicable.
  • You can register online using your Debit/ Credit Card/ UPI or transferring the amount online (wire transfer/ NEFT).
  • Bank convenience fee will be charged additionally @ 4.50% for all online transactions.
  • Registration is mandatory & will be only considered as confirmed on receipt of the full amount.
  • While your safety is of utmost importance, the organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to your property.
  • The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.

Inclusions:

  • Conference kit/ bag with all conference information.
  • Access to technical sessions & exhibition area. Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to attend technical sessions.
  • Conference luncheons and welcome/gala dinner. Student registration does not include access to Gala dinner
  • Separate registration is required for respective tutorials/ workhops.
