About the Initiative

The MAPCON 2025 Mentor-Mentee Initiative is a unique professional development initiative aimed at fostering meaningful mentorships between experienced professionals and early-career participants. This program is designed to support career growth, technical guidance, and knowledge transfer in the fields of microwaves, antennas, and propagation.

Through regular virtual meetings, mentors will help mentees set career goals, navigate technical challenges, and grow professionally. The program culminates in a dedicated session during MAPCON 2025, where all participants will share their experiences and insights during the program.
