Nagpur, popularly known as the ‘Orange City’, is one of the fastest growing metropolis and

Deekshabhoomi
The stupa, also called Dhamma Chakra, is a magnificent
architectural structure that can hold more than 5,000 people. The Deekshabhoomi, a
Buddhist holy monument, is one of India's most well-known Buddhist pilgrimage
centres.

Sitabuldi Fort
Perched atop two hillocks in central Nagpur, it holds a rich history as the site of
the historic Battle of Sitabuldi in 1817. This historical site, made of Kolaru
tiles, is steeped in history and heritage. While there are tales of Gandhiji staying
here, the true records remain a mystery. The fort also stands as a memorial to the
brave soldiers who lost their lives in the Anglo-Maratha battle, and its beauty and
significance make it a must-see for travellers. With its location on a hill, the
fort offers breathtaking views and a glimpse into the area's rich past.

Ramtek Fort Temple
Perched atop a hill inside a fort, this temple offers a peaceful
retreat from the city hustle. Steeped in mythological lore, it is said to be a
resting place for Lord Rama before his journey to Lanka. The fort complex also
houses several other ancient temples and a beautiful tank called Ambala Talab.

Pench National Park
About 90 km from Nagpur, a premier tiger reserve in India famous as
the setting for Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book. Established in 1983 (and as a
tiger reserve in 1992), featuring teak forests, the Pench River and home to rich
wildlife including tigers, leopards, deer, wild dogs, and over 300 bird species.

Mansar Excavation Site
A fascinating ancient archaeological site from the Vakataka Dynasty
(around 4th–5th century CE) which features ruins of temples, ceremonial platforms,
and royal structures. It is considered as one of the most important historical
discoveries near Nagpur.

Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve
140 kms from Nagpur, where the wilderness comes alive! Nestled in

Futala Lake
Futala Lake is one of the eleven lovely and scenic lakes in Nagpur.
A 200-year-old lake with a surface area of 60 acres, was established by Raja Bhosle.
It's the perfect place for you to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
One of the most popular hangout spots in Nagpur, famous for sunset views and the
colorful fountain show, surrounded by street food stalls and cafes.
