IEEE Microwaves, Antennas and Propagation Conference (IEEE MAPCON 2026) will be held at IIM Nagpur (India) from December 14 - 18, 2026. This is the fifth edition of the MAPCON series, which is a joint flagship conference of IEEE MTT and IEEE AP societies in India and will be held in-person (physical mode). MAPCON 2026 is all set to host a diverse technical conglomeration with an estimated worldwide participation of 1500+ delegates, and will include a wide range of technical sessions in different tracks, keynote sessions, plenary sessions, invited talks, workshops, tutorials, special sessions, student design competitions, mentor-mentee programme, industry sessions, exhibits, professional meetings, tours and networking events. It will also hold Ph.D. initiative activities, Young Professional (YP) activities, Women-in Engineering (WiE) events, AP-S and MTT-S Jt. Chapter Chair meetings, SIGHT workshops, and start-up initiatives.
The fourth edition of IEEE Microwaves, Antennas and Propagation Conference, IEEE MAPCON 2026 was held at Lulu International Convention Centre, Grand Hyatt Bologatty, Kochi (India) from December 14 - 18, 2025 with 1400+ participants. The first edition of MAPCON was organized in Bangalore in 2022 and was a grand success with 800+ delegates participating from various government, private and academic organizations of various countries. The conference grew to 900+ delegates in 2023 in Ahmedabad with more than 60 industry sponsors and further grew to host of 1200+ attendees in 2024 at HICC, Hyderabad.
This is a 5 days long conference where participants from various regions (USA, Europe, UK, Australia, Asia Pacific, Middle East, etc.), Indian research organizations (ISRO, BARC, DRDO, DAE etc.), Indian academic institutes, Start-ups, Industries, and Students are expected to attend this conference.
