Program Objective
The B.Tech Student Initiative at MAPCON 2026 aims to inspire, engage, and empower undergraduate students passionate about RF, microwave, antennas, and wireless technologies. This exclusive program provides a platform to:
- Explore cutting-edge research trends.
- Engage with global experts and industry leaders.
- Experience a professional conference environment.
- Receive mentorship from distinguished researchers.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech/B.E. students (2nd, 3rd or 4th year students only).
- Branches: Electronics, Communication, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or allied disciplines.
- Strong interest in RF, Antennas, Microwave Engineering, and Wireless Systems.
- Recommendation from Supervisor/Faculty Advisor/HoD (mandatory).
- IEEE AP-S/MTT-S membership (preferred).
Program Highlights & Facilities
- Access to all technical sessions (excluding workshops).
- Networking sessions with researchers, academics, and industry professionals.
- Financial support for selected participants;
- Free conference registration (includes registration kit, conference lunches, welcome dinner, and awards night dinner)
- Free shared accommodation
- Travel grant reimbursement on actual expenses, up to a maximum of ₹4,000/-.

Selection Process
- Final decision on the selection of the candidates for this Initiative will be made by the MAPCON Organizing Committee.
Program Completion Criteria
- Mandatory attendance at the YP Session.
- Attendance at all Plenary and Invited Talks.
- Visit to all Exhibition Booths.
- Attendance at the Technical Sessions.
- Delivery of a 10-slide presentation on the final day, summarizing key takeaways from the YP Session, Invited Talks (keynote & plenary), one selected Oral Session, and the Exhibition.
