Note

The registration fee mentioned above is INCLUSIVE of GST @ 18%, as applicable.
You can register online using your Debit/ Credit Card/ UPI or transferring the amount online (wire transfer/ NEFT).
Payment Gateway convenience fee will be charged additionally @ 4.50% for all online transactions.
Registration is mandatory & will be only considered as confirmed on receipt of the full amount.
While your safety is of utmost importance, the organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to your property.
The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.

Rules for Author Registrations

2 papers are covered under each professional registration (non-student category).
1 paper is covered under each student registration.
At least one author (presenting author or co-author) should be registered to have the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. However, any registered author may present more than one paper.
In case an author has more papers than covered under their registration, additional charges will apply per extra paper (Rs. 5,000/- plus tax).
Only one extra paper is allowed per author.
Students availing student registration must provide a valid student ID card/ Bonafide certificate at the time of registration.
It is mandatory for everyone to register to attend the conference.
Co-authors do not come under accompanying person category.
Accompanying persons are not entitled to attend technical sessions. Their access will be limited to exhibition/ food area/ social events (if any).

Inclusions

Conference kit/ bag with all conference information.
Access to technical sessions & exhibition area. Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to attend technical sessions.
Conference luncheons and welcome/gala dinner. Student registration does not include access to Gala dinner.
Separate registration is required for respective tutorials/ workhops.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly send the cancellation requests to mapcon2026@ieeemapcon.org, on or before October 31, 2026.
Refunds will be made after deducing the GST amount and the processing fee of Rs. 750/-.(or USD 10 ) as applicable
No refunds will be entertained post October 31, 2026; except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government. The Organising Committee decision will be final in this regard.
Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone. Only written/email requests will be considered.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference, if not earlier.
