The Mentor-Mentee Program facilitates meaningful relationships between experienced professionals and emerging talent to support their professional growth and development. During online meetings, mentors collaborate with mentees to set objectives and address challenges related to technical skills and career progression. The program concludes with a dedicated session at MAPCON 2026, where participants share their experiences and insights.
Mentees: Postgraduate or Ph.D. students, and early-career professionals/researchers (within 5 years of last degree). Women participants are actively encouraged.
Mentors: Senior academicians or industry professionals with 8+ years of relevant experience. Commitment to guiding on career and technical topics.
